On July 26, 2025, Bethel Vina Co., Ltd. carried out its annual health check-up, transforming the newly renovated canteen area into a temporary clinic in collaboration with CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN BỆNH VIỆN SÀI GÒN TG. All company employees—from factory workers to office staff—received full medical screening in a space carefully arranged for comfort and efficiency.

The check-up included blood and urine tests, X-rays, eye examinations, and private consultations with medical professionals. Blue curtains and dedicated tables helped create an organized and respectful setting, while the hospital’s experienced team ensured each step was smooth and timely.

This initiative is not only in compliance with government regulations but a reflection of Bethel Vina’s deep commitment to the welfare of its people. We believe in proactive health care—catching concerns early and supporting our employees with knowledge and resources to stay well year-round.

A meaningful addition this year was the free first aid training conducted by medical staff. Employees were taught essential life-saving skills such as CPR, wound care, and basic emergency response—knowledge that boosts confidence and safety both at work and at home.

Bethel Vina Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the successful completion of a 64.3 kWp rooftop solar system at its factory in collaboration with Handong 365 Energy JSC. This project, operational as of October 22, 2024, marks a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainable operations and reducing our environmental footprint.

As our export production has grown over the years, so too has our responsibility to minimize our impact on the planet. The new solar system will generate clean energy to supplement the electricity provided by EVN, Vietnam's commercial electricity provider. This hybrid approach ensures a reliable power supply while significantly reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. The system is projected to generate a substantial amount of clean energy annually, contributing to a significant reduction in our overall energy costs and carbon footprint.

Despite the challenges posed by Typhoon Yagi, which impacted the timely delivery of materials, Handong 365 Energy JSC demonstrated remarkable efficiency and resilience by completing the project in just 47 days. This achievement underscores their dedication and expertise in renewable energy solutions.

The project's completion was celebrated with an official ceremony on October 22nd, 2024. Mr. Lee In Hyuck, General Director of Bethel Vina, and Mr. Park Jin Ho, General Director of Handong 365 Energy, formalized the partnership by signing the final minutes and hand-over documents. Following the signing, they conducted a joint inspection of the rooftop installation, highlighting the collaborative spirit and shared vision behind this initiative. Handong technicians and Bethel representatives were also present to record the initial meter readings, symbolizing the beginning of a new era of sustainable energy production for our company.

BETHELVINA successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony of a new office and storage building on the 1st of November 2023. This marks a significant milestone in the company's history and future growth. The event was participated by the Management Team, partner guests, employees, and the contractors’ representatives.

The new facility will be a two-story building that will house offices, meeting rooms, customer and R&D rooms, materials storage, and a dormitory. It will also feature spacious corridors, a kitchen and pantry, among others. The new building will enable us to expand the company’s storage capacity, improve work efficiency, and enhance our innovation. It will also provide a comfortable and stimulating work environment for our employees.

With our partnership with VietHan Trading Engineering and Construction JSC, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved in the construction of the new building. We are confident with the reputable and experienced VHENC team who follow strict safety standards and protocols. We have also implemented measures to minimize the environmental and social impact of the construction process.

An old Vietnamese saying “Giặc đến nhà đàn bà phải đánh” – “When the enemy is at the gate, the woman goes out fighting.” shows, that the role of women in Vietnam has long been linked to the struggle for independence.

Labor Union Activities

On May 20, 2022, the Provincial Labor Confederation of Labor coordinated with the Duc Hoa District Labor Confederation about organizing a donation of shelters for trade union members with difficult circumstances living in Hamlet 3, Binh Hoa Nam Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An. Mr. Ho Van Xuan - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Confederation attended.

The house was given to union worker Truong Thi Kim Tuyen of the Communist Party of Bethel Vina Co., Ltd. The house built with an area of 36 m2 has a semi-permanent form, brick walls and tile roof. Construction cost is 110 million VND, of which Le Nam Production, Trading and Service Co., Ltd and sponsors support 50 million VND through the branch of Long An's Golden Heart Charity Social fund, the rest is provided by family and people.

Ms. Tuyen and her family is very happy, thanking all levels of Labor Federation as well as sponsors for helping her family to have a warm and loving home.

This is a project to respond to workers' month of Duc Hoa District Labor Confederation. During the month, the district labor union organized many practical activities to take care of workers such as supporting trade union shelters, encouraging and giving gifts to workers, especially those in difficult circumstances.
